theShift + Ownership is our August conversation in celebration of National Black Business Month. We are bringing together Black creative business owners to talk honestly about what it means to build on your own terms and own every part of what you create.

This month’s speakers are Ayah Davis-Karim, founder of Chromophore Artspace, and Tyrone Nelson Jr., founder of The Newviews Agency.
