POV: you’re having a mental breakdown but you’re still a small business owner 😭😭 sometimes we just feel so busy! Meet Rachel, full-time owner, fill-time controller at Pridemark Construction in Muncie, full-time mom and grandma, and part-time caretaker to just about everyone she meets. If you see Rachel around the shop just know there’s no place she’d rather be, and she probably DOES need to be somewhere else doing something! She is one busy lady, but she still always manages to get everything done and show up early, too!
