We are SO excited to welcome our little Sprouts for their first day of school tomorrow! 🌱🤎✨

So much love, time, and hard work has gone into creating this little classroom, and seeing it all come together makes our hearts so happy. We wanted to create a space where our kiddos can learn, explore, play, create, get messy, and feel completely at home. 🥹🌿

Our classroom is definitely still a work in progress, and probably always will be as we continue learning what works best for our students, adding new things, and making the space our own. But we are already so incredibly proud of how far it has come. 🤍

Tomorrow officially begins our very first year of Hollow Sprouts, and we seriously cannot wait to fill this room with little voices, big imaginations, lots of laughter, and even more learning. 🌱📚🐛

We are getting everything ready to welcome our little learners to Hollow Sprouts Nature School, and we are SO excited for the year ahead! 🤍

We’ve put together an Amazon School Wishlist with some items that would help us stock our classroom and outdoor learning spaces..everything from art and learning supplies to things we’ll use for exploring, creating, and getting our hands dirty outside. 🌱🎨🔍

🌿 Looking for a nature-based preschool? 🌿

We’ve had a few unexpected openings in our Hollow Sprouts Nature School class this year due to families relocating, so we’re opening those spots back up! 🌱

Hollow Sprouts is a small, hands-on preschool program in Richlands for families looking for something a little different from a traditional classroom.

Our days are filled with things like caring for farm animals, exploring nature, gardening, creating art, sensory play, building friendships, and learning through real experiences. 🐐🌻🎨

We absolutely incorporate early academics and kindergarten-readiness skills, but we believe little ones learn best when they’re moving, playing, exploring, asking questions, and getting their hands dirty. 🤎

🐐 Hands-on experiences with our animals
💛 Social-emotional development
🏡 Indoor classroom + LOTS of outdoor time
📚 Early academics naturally incorporated throughout our day

We meet Mondays & Wednesdays from 10:00–1:00.

If you have a little one who thrives outside, loves animals, asks a million questions, or just needs a place where they can learn while still getting to be little, we’d love to have them join us. 🥹🌱

Good morning everyone we hope all are doing well! We will be closed today due to our kids being sick, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Due to the my pregnancy and the heat, we are looking for ways to reduce the time we spend outdoors. So moving forward from today we will be open by scheduled visit only on Fridays and Saturdays. If you would like to schedule a visit please reach out and message us to do so. We are still scheduling events and parties as normal. We thank y’all for your understanding and look forward to seeing y’all in the future!

After a very busy week here on the farm, pregnancy is catching up with me a bit and I’ve been feeling extra drained. To make sure I don’t overdo it, we will be closed this weekend so I can get some much-needed rest. I want to make sure I can charge back up before another fun week of camp🫶🏻

🐐🌿 Teen Volunteer Opportunities at The Wild W's 🌿🐐

We've had so many parents ask about volunteer opportunities for their teens, so we've decided to officially open a teen volunteer program!

We're looking for teens who love animals, enjoy being outdoors, and are willing to learn what it takes to help care for a working farm. Volunteers may assist with feeding and watering animals, cleaning enclosures, preparing supplies, and helping with camps and special events.

🌱 This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity.
🌱 Volunteers must be willing to follow farm procedures and instructions exactly as given.
🌱 This is real farm work and animal care, not just playing with animals.

For teens who show responsibility, commitment, and respect, volunteer positions may eventually lead to leadership opportunities helping with camps, classes, and special events.

We will open at 1:00 today as we have a little one celebrating their birthday with us♥️

It’ll also be a self serve day as we have another mobile party immediately following. We will have the table set up for food cups and with our QR codes.

Just please remember the cow fence will be on!
