All right everyone, tonight is our last night to be open.

After tonight, we are closed permanently, so if you ever wanted to come out to play games, tonight is the night.

It's been fun being a beacon for people to gather, play games, make friends, and be the home for the Fort Worth FGC, but all good things must come to an end, especially as I move on to the next chapter of my life and the next challenges.

Hey everyone, we'll be open tonight at 7pm.

Going to have a Smash Ultimate set up running, if you have controllers or a Gamecube adapter bring it, otherwise I'll only have 4 Switch cons running.

Also have some Tekken 7 DLC running, and going to bring my MTG Cube up there for those that wish to play that.

Next weekend we will be doing a Capcom Cup 2018 viewing party as well for top 8 on Sunday as well.

Hey everyone,
I’ll be blunt upfront; December will be the last month for 3G Git Gud Gaming to be open. After that, we’ll be closed for good.

This decision was not easy for me, and I’ve spent probably the last month or two thinking about it, but it’s the right decision for me – Bobby – and my family.

I found out a few months ago, that I’m going to be a dad! Which is very exciting. We are also planning on moving to a new house.

Some of you know that 3G isn’t my only responsibility, I have a day job as well, so as you can imagine, my free time is going to be limited and running the store has just become too stressful for me to handle.
Financially the store has been doing fine, but it always lingers on “financial to not” and when it’s not, I take the hit.

That’s not a risk I can take with a baby and a new house around, sadly.

It’s been an honor for the last 3 years to be in charge of the FW scene, from Evo, to U90, to my own store 3G.

I’ll officially be out of the scene for awhile as I’m going to step back and spend some time with my family. For those that have come out and supported me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you haven’t been out, now’s a good time to do so and get some games in!

I’d like to thank Forrest for getting the things started with me and Tyler for helping me run it, and Alan and Zane for helping me run the place on occasion, and JC for being my back-to-back annual subscriber (which I’ll try to make up to you since I’m closing down early).

Thanks everyone, and I’ll cya around. Also, I’m not taking inquiries for “selling stuff” don’t be a vulture, especially not on this post.

Open for games tonight at 7pm. Looking to play some Soul Calibur 6, SFV, or Tekken 7, then this is the place to be. Also, lots of people are getting interested in Magic, if you want to learn to play, come up and we'll show ya.
