We can provide classes in your home or location of your choice or you will find scheduled classes on our website at various locations including Chetek, Barron, Cameron and our main location.....Rice Lake at 11 E. We can also provide special classes for groups with a group rate and we have worked with Girl Scout troops, Kinship and the Boys and Girls Club. Julie Emerson is a Certified Holistic Nut

ritionist, a Certified Youth Nutrition Specialist and a Certified Kidding Around Yoga instructor. She is passionate about healthy food, uses mostly organic foods and can adjust for allergies. Your little chef will gain confidence in the kitchen and will learn to make healthy choices while learning a life long skill. The limited sized classes allow for intimate one-on-one hands-on learning for your little chef and provide a fun, safe, and quality environment for learning. Kids learn about general nutrition, as well as how to create healthier versions of their favorite foods through fun activities and delicious recipes! We know that yoga builds physical and mental strength, coordination, focus and concentration along with enhancing physical flexibility and boosting confidence. Why not make it fun with silly songs, stories, poses, guided visualization and more!
