Six years of calendars, right here. And year seven (!!!) launches on August 1 for presale!

Before I ever thought about running a business, I was just painting mountains at a small desk while my babies slept - trying to hold onto a little piece of myself in a hard season.

That first 2021 Calendar was twelve paintings and a lot of hope.

And now 2027 makes year seven of these mountain art calendars and your support of them! I know a little bit more about what I’m doing these days, but I still put them out in the world with a lot of hope. Hope that you will continue to love them and use them. Hope that they will help you feel the beauty of the mountains, quiet the daily noise, and encourage you all year long.

Want to take your sketchbook outside this summer? (I do!)

Join me tomorrow, Saturday April 11 at 11am MDT for a live sketchbook workshop! I'll walk you through my art-on-the-go setup, share techniques and adjustments for painting outside, and we'll paint together in real time.

I'll also be opening up my real pile of sketchbooks — and there are a lot of them. I'm a big believer in real, messy, used sketchbooks and I'll show you all of mine.

Is this invitation a little last minute? Yes. Am I posting it anyway? Also yes — because I think it will still reach the right people.
