We made a fun parody (or is it reality?) video about cardio dance! It's the last chance to get a great deal on the upcoming limited series at Evolve Yoga and Wellness = 3 classes for $50 on Monday, March 4th. After that, each remaining class is $20 drop-in rate. This limited series is running on Mondays from 7:15 to 8:15pm on March 4, 11, 18.

Please note that the class is for adults (16 and up) who want to dance and be surprised by the fitness OR get a workout and find out you're actually an amazing dancer! The class format includes follow alongs, phrase work, strength, and stretching.

FYI - There won't actually be a kid coach helping out. That was just a marketing tactic for the video promo 🙂

Experience Contemporary Dance, rooted in both 20th century Modern Dance traditions and current movement training trends, for inquisitive movers and shakers. This workshop is geared toward a beginner-intermediate level, with an emphasis on skill development, self-expression, and the innate joy that comes from experiencing the art of dance. Age range: 16 years and older.
