River Parish Community Theatre is proud to announce the addition of Danielle Ordoyne to its Board of Directors. Danielle joins a team of high performers committed to maintaining the standard RPCT has established for community theater in our area. 🎭

RPCT Board President Sean Roussel said, “Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in community theater. She will fit in well with our team and we consider ourselves fortunate to have someone of her caliber join us.”

There are simply not enough ways to thank the stars on and off stage that helped make Frozen the Musical come to life. Enjoy the scenes - and behind the scenes - with this final Frozen farewell. ❄️

With closing night being almost a week ago, we start to reflect on the many aspects that make us who we are - late nights, early mornings, weekends of construction, the familiar smell of St. Peter's auditorium, and the adrenaline rush that comes before each show. We look back at the glitz and glam of our stage with amazement, because we know what it looked like two weeks before we opened. It takes a village full of passion, dedication, talent, and willingness to commit hours of their time for the sake of theatre to make it all come alive. There is no ice castle or gate to open without the board, cast, and volunteers who helped create them.

To every hand that constructed and maintained, thank you. To every mind that curated, thank you. To every voice and body that worked to embody the people of Arendelle, thank you. Finally, to our audience and supporters, thank you. Let your hearts be light and let the sun shine on - pretty incredible things happen when you do so.

Remember, it is never too dangerous to dream. Until next time!

What an unforgettable journey this has been. From opening the gates, to venturing up the north mountain and back - and having to return to real life. To everyone involved with making the magic of Disney’s Frozen the Musical come to life in our small town of Reserve, LA, THANK YOU. Magic is never possible without hard work and passion to make it so.

Three generations. One stage. 🎭☃️

One of the most special parts of community theatre is sharing the experience with the people you love, and this production of Frozen the Musical is doing just that.

Meet Ernie Sieber (the Bishop), his daughter Trista Brazan (Queen Iduna), and their grandson/nephew Matthew Boudwin (Oaken), who are all bringing a little extra family magic to the RPCT stage. From rehearsals to curtain call, they’re making memories together that will last long after the final bow and have been doing so for many years with us.
