What an incredible week at the International Thespian Festival in Bloomington, IN! We traveled two students who achieved a Superior rating on their presentations/performances at the State festival in January. This week they presented/performed again. Melodi Wright earned a Superior rating again and Riley Givens earned an Excellent rating. Both are incredible achievements and The Tiger Theatre is so proud of their hard work!

We have also seen 6 shows (Come From Away, Urinetown, Shrek the Musical, Addams Family, Suffs, and SpongeBob the Musical) from around the country, 3 One-Act plays (Master Class, The Gab, and the Tempest), and attended workshops from Theatre professionals.

Join us this weekend for “A Final Roar”, an end-of-year student showcase, happening this Saturday at 6:30 in the evening. You will see students showcasing their work from class projects and performing some of their favorite songs in support of their peers. With tickets priced at $7 at the door, this event will raise funds for two students to attend the International Thespian Festival in June in Bloomington, Indiana.
