Speed up your recovery with active recovery techniques – discover how low-intensity exercises can enhance your recovery process!

🧘‍♀️ Dynamic & Static Stretching:
Dynamic stretching involves controlled movements through the full range of motion, while static stretching focuses on lengthening a muscle and holding for 15-30 seconds. Both are key in warm-up and cool-down routines.

💪 Foam Rolling:
A recovery method using body pressure on a foam roller to reduce muscle soreness. Perform 20 minutes of rolling, targeting key muscle groups like hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, glutes, groin, and calves for 45 seconds on each side.

💧Hydrotherapy:
Water immersion recovery, such as submerging in a pool, helps enhance recovery by using hydrostatic pressure. Alternating between cold and hot water immersion (1-2 minutes each) for a few cycles can be done at home or in a pool.
