Well, this year has definitely had it all, total duality of extreme highs and complete lows. Many once in a lifetime experiences I will never forget and some I wish I could. Lots of hard lessons, change, growing pains and failures. But, a few constants I can always rely on is my unequivocal love for Hilo, that dog saves my life every day, the never ending support from my family no matter which route I choose, and my career, which has become so much more than just a job. Tattooing is part of my identity and something no one can ever take from me. So, undoubtedly the next year will be full of much the same, but I'm nothing if not resilient and I'm excited for the next round. Happy New Year everyone, don't forget that time is an illusion and all of this is temporary. So you might as well get that tattoo 🤓

This is definitely, without a doubt one of the most challenging tattoos I've done in my entire career. Is it worth it? Yes. Am I a little crazier afterwards? Also Yes. I regret nothing.
If you know what this is, you're already at the cool kids table.
I can't wait till this one is finished and fully healed!

It's not often I get to draw for myself anymore, but when I do you can bet it's charcoal and most likely a rose. I love the range of texture and effects that can be achieved as well as contrast.
It's also been far too long since I've been asked to tattoo a rose. Any takers?

The time has come my friends...
We are looking for someone to share our studio with for the Lost at Sea Washington location. The space does not necessarily have to be used by another tattoo artist. It could be a very nice studio for cosmetology, photography, massage therapy, a simple art space, or just a nice work station to get out of the house.
The space is quiet, clean, and very comfortable.
