Bio:

Hi my name is Mushroom Clouds dubs, birth certificate Robert Rostron but less formally known as Bobby, I am a Detroit based dubstep producer, Riddim DJ, Speaker designer, Programmer and Engineer. I have been in band/marching band from 5th grade through high school playing drums, which helped lay a foundation for rhythm. My first ever music that I owned was limp bizkets chocolate starfish and hotdog flavored water on cassette. I listened to Lincoln park, korn, disturbed and a lot of Eminem growing up. As I hit high school hip hop was my primary listening. The lil wayne and Gucci Mane era hit especially hard at that time. At 16 years old we were able to get our licenses in Michigan and my buddy had this beat up old wagon with a huge set of subwoofers in them. We would drive around, smoke w**d and listen to hip hop off the subwoofers. I fell in love with subwoofer bass. I learned how to install stereos on my old 1994 Thunderbird that I had at 16 years old. I started making money on the side installing stereos, subwoofers and colored headlights during highschool. I got deeper and deeper into the subwoofer rabbit hole and was building custom boxes trying to get the most bass possible. Around this time Youtube came out and smart phones were beginning to become a thing. I would hit youtube with searches like “subwoofer bass test” or “Subwoofer bass music”. This led me to discover some super niche edm music.
