Do you know what an "intertidal moment" is? It refers to a phase of significant societal upheaval and transformation, featuring advancements in AI, genetic engineering, climate change, and more. Similar to the intertidal zone of the ocean, this period signifies a departure from traditional approaches, institutions, narratives, and stories that have historically shaped society.
We are currently in a state of flux, where established methods are deemed ineffective, and emerging alternatives are in the process of being formed. This metaphorical intertidal moment encompasses both high and low tides, symbolizing a condition of substantial chaos and uncertainty. However, within this turbulence, there exists the potential for remarkable creativity and the emergence of innovative possibilities.
