Beginning Sewing: Tie-dye Block Quilt.
This very basic sewing class will get you comfortable with your first hand made quilt.
You'll ice dye your own fabric, picking your own colors.
You'll learn how to:
-Sew using 1/4" seams
-Use a rotary cutter
-Bind your quilt
-Back using fleece
Ages 12+
Tuesdays: Oct 15, 22, 29, Nov 5, 12, 19
5-8 pm
Cost: $200 Pre-paid reservations required.
Class is limited to 4 students.
Does not include supplies or sewing machine.
FINE PRINT:
-No sharing of projects. This is yours and yours alone.
-No cel phone usage while in class. I will charge you $1 each time I catch you on your phone unless you show me it's on airplane mode.
-You MUST have a working machine. I am more than happy to take your machine for a test drive and do a basic tune-up.
