This year, we welcome an incredible group of musicians, educators, and community-builders:
🎻 Kat Bula - songwriter, vocalist, educator, and multi-instrumentalist best known as a genre-shredding fiddler, moving from bluegrass to metal
🪕 Taylor Shuck - guitarist, banjo player, songwriter, and educator blending tradition and creativity across bluegrass and folk
🎶 Keith Billik - banjoist with Lindsay Lou & the Flatbellys and Wilson Thicket, known for curiosity, drive, and infectious musical joy
🎤 Melody Walker - GRAMMY-award-winning songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, formerly of Front Country and now The Grateful Drag, with storytelling that hits deep
🎻 Cody Bauer - Blends bluegrass, old-time, Irish, and classic country fiddling, tours internationally, and coordinates Junior Appalachian Musicians (JAM)
🎵 Mandy Lynn Danzig - decorated trans clawhammer banjo player and multi-instrumentalist, rooted in tradition while playful and expressive
🌙 Noa Eve - bassist and composer combining virtuosic bowing with bluegrass and old-time rhythms, composing across traditional and original styles
🎻 Kaden Hurst - mandolinist with Tradwife Stringband, focusing on songwriting, arranging, social music-making, and adult bluegrass education
🪕 McKain Lakey - banjo player and teacher active in traditional bluegrass ensembles, helping players build drive and confidence
🎸 Nelson Williams - longtime bass player of Chris Jones & The Night-Drivers, and founder of New Dangerfield, bringing decades of professional bluegrass experience
🎼 C.J. Lewandowski - mandolin player, vocalist, and founding member of The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys, one of today’s leading traditional bluegrass bands
🎶 Grace Van’t Hof - multi-instrumentalist with Chris Jones & the Night Drivers, exploring queerness and culture in traditional music and a four-time IBMA Graphic Designer of the Year
