I have to apologize for not being active on this page for a bit. Over the last year I have been teaching art in an Elementary School and it was so busy and so fun. I am now hoping to get back to more art, coaching, and of course dancing with grown ups. I am considering doing more life coaching events in Lafayette this summer partnering with a local business. My target audience would be people that enjoy art and music and dance that are going through or have just come through a rough patch. Is this you? I have a good handle on some research that can help you have the best chance for happiness, resilience, longevity, and flow. I am a certified life coach that can ask you the questions that will launch you confidently into what is next for you. Let’s build up a non-judgmental community of empowered people ready to take on life with a little more bliss. If you have been ready to make shift in your life and felt a need to have someone to partner with you, coaching could be a great thing for you. So, who is still here? Sign up for a free lesson at Sassy Fitness Studio. Go on their page and register for tomorrow at 10am for OULA with Tracy May. On Sunday at 1 you can meet in Mulberry. Remember we have to Spring ahead Sunday so it might feel like noon. Have a great weekend! Hope you dance!
