Title: I got a wonderful question in Messenger yesterday...
Introduction:
Someone asked me exactly how the process works when you walk into the studio. I loved the question so much, I wanted to share my answer with y'all today!
The Post:
"Yes, the clay shapes are slip cast, fired, and sitting on the shelves—but they are completely blank canvases waiting for your imagination!
Just like a painter starts with a blank white canvas, our ceramic bisque gives you the freedom to create whatever you can dream up. You aren't just coloring it in; you blend the glazes, create textures, paint freehand designs, or use fun techniques like washes and silkscreens to make it completely unique. No two pieces ever look the same when they come out of the kiln!
It is a wonderful, hands-on art experience for all ages, and I am right here in the studio to help guide you through the process. I would love to have you come give it a try!"

🌟 BIG NEWS! Family Memories & A Brand New Room at the Studio! 🌟

The studio has been absolutely buzzing this week with artists of all ages! My heart has been so full watching grandparents and grandchildren sitting together, sharing laughs, and making beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you all for filling the studio with so much love and creativity! ❤️🎨
To keep the fun going, I have some big news and fresh arrivals:
✨ Shelves are Restocked! I just unpacked another big shipment of brand-new pottery pieces, alongside a fresh batch of unique ceramic designs that I hand-poured and crafted right here in the studio. The shelves are absolutely packed—there is truly something for everyone!
🌟 COMING JUNE 9th: The Canvas Creation Station! 🌟
I am currently transforming the middle room of the studio into a dedicated, walk-in canvas painting space! Starting next week, you can walk right in and paint a canvas anytime—no reservations or planning ahead required.
Here is how it works:
🖌️ For the Kids (and Adults!): I am prepping a huge selection of pre-drawn 8x10 canvases featuring fun, popular designs.
🎨 For the Grown ups I am also pre-drawing some of my larger canvas designs from my popular paint-and-sip parties! I will set out a finished sample canvas for you to look at and follow as your guide.
💡 Go At Your Own Pace: Please note, this is not a structured, step-by-step group class like my paint-and-sip parties. Instead, it works just like our walk-in pottery! You pick your pre-drawn design, choose your colors, and paint at your own pace. I won't be teaching a formal class, but I will be here to guide you, answer questions, and help you whenever you need it!
I am so excited to try something new for our community this summer. Come make some memories with me! 👵🏼🖌️
Remember, we are a 100% walk-in studio. No appointments needed. Just come on in!

🐚 Freshly Poured Molds! I've spent the last two weeks pouring new ceramic designs by hand right here in Remerton, USA. They are clean, dry, and ready for paint.
🌟 NEW! Walk-in canvas painting for the kids coming next week! I am putting together a whole collection of fun, pre-drawn canvases. Starting next week, your kids can walk right in, pick a design, and start painting immediately—no planning ahead required!

🎨 Pieces are ready! I have another batch of last week's beautiful pottery fired and waiting on the shelves for pickup. Drop in to take your treasures home!
🐚 Freshly poured molds! I’ve been busy casting and pouring fresh ceramic designs this past Sunday. They are still wet but will be dry and cleaned and fired by the middle of next week. Handmade right here in Remerton, USA, by me!

Also check out the new bisque that just came in. Will be on the shelves today.

2️⃣ Freshly Poured Molds! I’ve spent the last two weeks pouring fresh ceramic molds right here by hand. They are completely ready for the shelves and waiting for a coat of paint. Made in Remerton, USA, by me! 🇺🇸

🌧️ A Perfect Rainy Saturday to Slow Down & Create! 🎨

Good morning, Valdosta! It is Saturday, the rain is on the way, and it’s officially Memorial Day weekend! A huge congratulations to all of our local graduates celebrating their big milestones today, too! 🎉

With the soggy weather outside, today is the absolute perfect day to escape the rain and find a cozy spot to unwind, relax, and have some creative fun.

If your week has been hectic and you are looking for an activity that doesn't involve running, jumping, or rushing around at all... I have the perfect chair waiting for you.

🌻 It’s Thursday—My Official "Hump Day!" 🎨
Happy Thursday, Valdosta! We are officially halfway through my work week, and the studio is absolutely bursting with fresh energy, new pottery, and a beautiful splash of color!

Take a peek at the photos below—I just unpacked a brand-new shipment of fresh pottery pieces to keep our shelves stocked and ready for you! And for those waiting on my own creations, a fresh batch of my hand-cast pottery is currently drying and will be ready to hit the shelves next Tuesday!

🎨 Bright News: The Glaze Shelves Are Stocked!
For all my regular painters, you know I’ve had a terrible time getting my hands on yellow glazes lately. Well, the wait is over! I am officially well-stocked with glazes, including plenty of beautiful, bright yellows.

We have enough yellow now to paint an entire field of sunny sunflowers! So come grab a brush and let’s bring some sunshine to your favorite pieces.

🚌 Summer Field Trips: Spots Are Filling Fast!
Teachers, camp directors, and group leaders—summer is right around the corner and school is almost out! If you are wanting to book a summer field trip with us, please reach out as soon as possible because our calendar is filling up fast.

We offer fantastic field trips for both ceramics and custom canvas painting! I am so looking forward to welcoming all the children and young adults back into the studio this summer for some creative fun and fellowship.
