I don’t just love painting animals, I also love learning about animals. This is a green sea turtle. They are endangered and saw a population decrease of up to 90% in the last 50 years, which sucks. They’re one of the few species that were around to see the rise and fall of dinosaurs. Even though they’re called green sea turtles their shells come many different colors-their name comes from their vegetarian diet.

We had the best time making art yesterday at ! These kids were incredible little artists & I was super impressed with all of their creations! Looking forward to more workshops like this in the future 🩵
