IMPORTANT INFO FOR ATTENDEES – Louisville Horror Con Weekend Guide

Louisville Horror Con is almost here, and we wanted to share a few important details to help everyone have a smooth and fun weekend at the Kentucky Expo Center in East Hall

• Saturday Hours:
VIP Entry: 10:30am
General Admission: 11:00am
Show Closes: 7:00pm

• Sunday Hours:
VIP Entry: 10:30am
General Admission: 11:00am
Show Closes: 5:00pm

• Parking at the venue is $15 per day with in-and-out privileges. We have also seen reports that discounted $13 parking passes may be available through the venue website, though those reportedly do NOT include in-and-out access.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue per venue policy. A large food court will be available in the lobby area throughout the weekend.

• ALL celebrities will be at their booths all weekend for autographs and selfies unless briefly away for panels, breaks, or pro photo ops. Many celebrities are cash only. While some may accept credit card, please remember cash is king.

• Pro Photo Ops are separate from selfies at the table. Pro Photo Ops include a professionally taken photo, printed 8x10, and digital copy. Online Pro Photo Op sales end Wednesday, after which time pro photo ops can be purchase in person at the pro photo op desk. Please make sure check the website panel schedule for specific pro photo op times. If you miss your scheduled time we will not be able to take your photo.

• Door ticket sales are CASH ONLY. Online ticket sales use card payments.

• Please check the website schedule before arriving so you can plan your weekend:

• The vendor room will be packed with amazing artists, horror merchandise, collectibles, apparel, handmade items, props, and more all weekend long.

• Cosplay is encouraged, but please remember no real weapons are allowed inside the event.

We cannot wait to see everyone this weekend for an incredible horror-filled weekend at Louisville Horror Con.
