What GL🫛 Won’t Do for You 💉

* It won’t build muscle for you. You still need strength training.

This year’s birthday was so wholesome. Celebrated with my in-laws, saw and hugged three of my besties toni solano, Pauline 🇵🇭 Patricia, ran a half marathon, and spent my first sober birthday surrounded by love 🥹🤍

Everything felt so pure and gentle, and I’m grateful beyond words. Thank you to everyone who remembered, sent birthday wishes, and made me feel loved!

Here’s to 31 and many more! May I keep learning, growing, and becoming the best version of myself. 🎂✨

13.1 for 31 🥹🎂

This race didn’t go as planned. I got sick the night before, but miles 1–9 felt good. By mile 11, I started hitting the wall, and at mile 12 I was in so much pain that I got scared and started crying 😭😭😭

Thank God I made it to the finish line! 🥹 It wasn’t the birthday race I imagined, but I’m grateful I finished, and I’m proud of myself. There were tears, pain, and a whole lot of emotions behind that medal 🫂

Happy birthday to me. Here’s to 31, taking care of myself, and giving myself grace when things don’t go as planned 🤍

Lastly, thank you to everyone who showed up, sent me a message, or kept me in their thoughts today. You made me feel so loved, and I’m grateful for every one of you!!! Love y'all ❤️‍🩹
