For International Women’s Day 2019! I have the honor of participating in this year's Women in Power, Napa Valley event. They've put together an incredible group of inspiring and thoughtful speakers, activists and local leaders including Julie Castro Abrams, CEO of How Women Lead and Dr. Caroline Heldman, Executive Director for The Representation Project. I'm looking forward to joining them for a panel discussion early in the day. There will also be special musical guests Debi Nova and Chris Pierce. For tickets to the event please see link below.

Actress Tara Buck will be joining us on March 10th at CIA at Copia for our International Women’s Day 2019! Tara will be taking part in the morning panel discussion following the film screening of Missrepresentation. We are super excited to have Tara join us again for this year's celebration and can't wait to hear her perspective on this film's important topic!

Actress Tara Buck is best known for her role as “Ginger”, on HBO's gritty Southern vampire drama, True Blood. Most recently Tara recurred in the fourth and fifth seasons of the highly acclaimed Showtime series Ray Donovan.

She is the lead in the independent feature film Great Plains currently airing on The Lifetime Movie Channel and is often recognized from the Netflix original movie Pee-wee’s Big Holiday produced by Judd Apatow and opposite Paul Reubens.

Tara has starred in numerous live theater productions including Paula Vogel’s Pulitzer Prize winner play, How I Learned To Drive and in the West Coast premiere of Ten Cent Night written by Marisa Wegrzyn. Tara was nominated for the prestigious Ovation Award for her tour de force performance in A Gift From Heaven.

Tara’s resume also includes a long list of guest star spots on some of the most successful television shows of the last 15 years, from Nip/Tuck, Southland, The Closer, Justified, The Shield, Criminal Minds, Bones, Bloodline and the hit FOX series The X-Files. In 2018 Tara guest starred in the pilot episode for the newest Shonda Rhimes series For The People on ABC.
