Every morning I’m able, I spend time in meditation in my garden. I notice all the little and big moments. I notice my daily visitors and their habits. I admire their tenacity to take what they need from my garden too…. I sit in silence most often times, but a song came on while I was watching this bird drink from the water spilling from the hose. The bird knew the force from the spray was too much for it to drink and found another way…. Resilient!!!

Meet Me in the Dirt extends Refuah “Healing” and Shalom “Peace” in Malibu…🌿🌿☀️

We are grateful to be chosen to bless the Building Our Legacy community of Jewish Women at their retreat. Offering this exclusive and immersive experience on a private lake was special indeed. I loved guiding these beautiful souls through a custom healing experience incorporating Jewish symbolism from the start.

When doing what you love influences how you serve…

El Camino College invited Meet Me in the Dirt back for year 2 of their Community Engagement Series!

This year’s theme was “Living Well at Every Age” which included a panel discussion, workshops, and a resource fair. The goal of this event is to highlight local resources for our surrounding Senior communities and neighbors.

It was shared that we were the “cherry on top & possibly the best part of their day!”
