Time for the next event.
Tomorrow only Bend is rolling out it's first Bend Central District Block Party.
2nd street is starting to become Bends Art District and will continue to grow. This event brings out vendors, a beer garden, and music. Lots of food, a stage with entertainment of theater, circus performances, a kids zone, Handmade art and much more. It will be an all day event 11-9.
I will be there selling art all day. Come down and see what fun there will be.

I have been able to work on some really cool stuff lately. I havent been able to post about a lot of it. Finally this one is not going to be a secret anymore. History of Redmond here. This carved Native American has been returned to downtown Redmond. I was given the chance to make the base for him to sit in and then help getting him placed. He is inside the Harcourts on 6th.. He will soon have a page where you can post pictures and memories you have of him.

New art piece. I had to add a medium to my work for the Working Hands Podcast challenge. So leather is now a part of my art.. I 3d printed a scaled topography of Mt Bachelor. Wet formed the leather with the molds to get a super accurate mold of the mountain and all of its character. Then placed the information about it and its name in metal on top of a nice cherry slab.. And then I made another one, just to make it different. This opened up a bunch of new ideas.
