A little movement. A little magic. A little making things with our hands. ✨💜

We’ve got some lovely little gatherings coming up, and there’s something about bringing people together to create that just makes my heart happy.

A little watercolor, a little stitching, some soulful reflection, beautiful scents, and even a little chair yoga.

October, and our first month at hum.

For a long time, sound has been the way I come home to myself. Now it has a home of its own.

This month we open our doors at 668 Azalea Ave for weekly sound meditation, and I would love for you to come sit with us.

Morning Sound
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 6:00–6:45 am
Begin the day inside sound, before the day asks anything of you.

Evening Sound
Thursdays, 5:30–6:30 pm
Set the week down. Lie back, listen, and let layered sound carry you into deep rest.

Come as you are. There’s nothing to fix or achieve here, just a place to arrive, settle, and listen.

InHarmony Sound Lounge
When a class time doesn’t fit, the sound bed meets you where you are. You lie back and feel the vibration move through your whole body, so the shift comes quickly. You book it around your own rhythm and routine, choose how long you stay, and arrive to rest without fitting it into a group schedule. Your journey, your timeline.

A space for sound has been on my heart for a long time. So has something just as close to it: supporting others as they arrive at meaningful destinations, follow inspired dreams, and find a lasting harmony within. That’s the heart of HIVE, a home base at hum for facilitators, makers, and small business owners to share the space and grow together.
