Georgetown Day Celebration is coming up Sun. June 7th, taking place on Main Street, rain or shine ☀️

The Granite will be open throughout the event to shelter you from the rain, cool you down from the heat, or warm you up from the chill. Whatever the weather, feel free to stop by and say hello! Thank you to Sarah Hawkey, Soprano and Kevin Payne for a fabulous performance last weekend. You gave us a thrilling glimpse into the world of late Renaissance and Baroque song and brought our Chamber Music Sunday season to a close. We are also grateful to Andrew Levine for his leadership of our inaugural season as Classical Artist in Residence.

Thanks to our community partner, WSHU Public Radio 🙏

Thank you to William Sarris Productions for the photos and capturing many of our Chamber Music Sundays on film.

The end is the beginning again 🌱

During Kate Thomason Keeler's final artist talk and reception for the exhibit, Weavings, Wires, Roots, and Branches, she will walk attendees through a video projection and slideshow, unveiling the sources of her paintings, prints, and collages.

Photos and anecdotes of family members and local history, paired with silent film still clips from the early 20th century, weave together into a visual display celebrating the many acres of wires, roots, and branches that inspired this exhibit.

We hope to see you there! https://thegranitechurch.org/event/weavings-wires-roots-branches-artist-talk-reception/
