The girls are back in town. Meet Amber & Debbie. Two ladies who work behind the scenes for the venue making sure things go smoothly. When you have a wedding or event with us, you are always in good hands. Our team goes above and beyond for our wedding couples and families . We are so blessed with such amazing people who work weekend after weekend to give our guest the best experience. It’s going to be a great Grass Campers wedding season.

Looking for a DIY and open vendor venue in central Florida ?

If you are looking for a location to host your wedding day, I have a beautiful venue located in Central Florida between Ocala and Gainesville . We have dates available for 2027 and now booking 2028 .

The full venue comes with exclusive access to our 10 acre property

With full venue use for 12 hours

•Ceremony space under grand oaks

•Reception space under our 4000 sq ft covered space complete with café lighting, hanging greenery and chandeliers

•Indoor Bridal suite with antique furniture and stained glass windows

•indoor Groom’s den with leather reclining couches and outdoor games

•Loft space for photos

+  up to six hours of bar service is included

and event staff are part of our package pricing to help with bathrooms and trash throughout the event and end of night cleanup 

we are DIY friendly and we have an open vendor policy so you are not required to choose from a preferred vendors list. If you already have your vendors in place you can bring them with you.

Our venue package price for everything listed in this package with up to 100 guest is currently $4200 

Additional guest over 100 can be added for $8 dollars per person 

additional time can be added to the package for $150 an hour
