WOW! Last night's Black Composers and Arrangers Concert was fantastic!!! 💯🔥🙌👏 We are so grateful and proud to have had some CBCGC members perform as part of the NJ Philharmonic Choir for this spectacular event! Thank you and appreciation again to the event organizers for the opportunity to participate in this program with the truly *outstanding* Virginia State University Concert Choir ❤️‍🔥 and sing alongside and with them, as well as join voices with Elmwood United Presbyterian Church's Music Ministry and Essex County College students. ❤️

Best wishes to VSUCC, currently on tour! Please check them out, and go to one of their concerts if you can. These video recordings do not do justice to their awesome voices as heard in-person — their blend and unity are just superbly marvelous!!! 💥🤌🤌

TONIGHT, 7 PM: Some CBCGC members will be part of the NJ Philharmonic Choir and joining voices with Virginia State University Concert Choir, Elmwood United Presbyterian Church's Music Ministry, and Essex County College students for a special concert at Mary Burch Theater on ECC's campus in Newark. We're honored to participate in this program showcasing works by Black composers and arrangers — including our very own CBCGC Music Director, Dr. B. Dexter Allgood!!! ❤️ FREE ADMISSION!
