Rain or shine, we'll be showing our Pride next Saturday, June 6, at the annual Reading Pride Parade and Celebration (just like we did last year when this photo was taken). Here's how you can join in the fun:

2 PM—Meet at the Hose House to decorate our vehicle and take a group photo.

3 PM—Watch the parade from our cheering station at the corner of Arthur B. Lord Drive and Forest Street.

3:30 PM—Celebrate at the Reading Town Common afterward.

Comment below if you'll be there!

In 1961, John F. Kennedy was inaugurated as the 35th President of the United States, the film version of West Side Story was the highest-grossing movie of the year, the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction was awarded to To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee . . . and in the town of Reading, Massachusetts, a little community theater company that originally went by the name The Colonial Chorus came into being. Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 7, for our 65th Anniversary Gala at Teresa's Prime Steakhouse in North Reading. More details will be released in the coming weeks!

This summer we're making a splash at CCP with an all-new cabaret August 14 & 15! Once again under the direction of Kellie Tropeano, this cabaret will feature summer-themed showtunes. Think fun in the sun, vacation, water, tropical islands, celebrations, romance, and anything hot and steamy! Post your suggestions for a fun, catchy title for our cabaret. And mark your calendars for auditions July 19 & 20.
