The 47th Annual Ravenna Balloon A-Fair is landing September 24–27, 2026, and this year’s festival is packed with bigger balloons, louder music, wilder entertainment, and four straight days of unforgettable community fun!

Registration for the 2026 Ravenna Balloon A-Fair Car Show is now open. The show is Sunday September 27th at the 47th Annual Ravenna Balloon A-Fair located at the Portage County Fairgrounds. If you would like to register your car in the show visit the link below. Cost to enter the festival is $10 a person, kids 12 and under are free. There is no additional cost to enter your car into the show. Trophies will be awarded for several categories. Check in at the registration tent begins at 1:00 and the show begins at 3:00. Registration for the 2026 Ravenna Balloon A-Fair Jeep Show that is held Saturday September 26th at the 47th Annual Ravenna Balloon A-Fair is now open. If you would like to register your Jeep in the show visit the link below. Cost to enter the festival is $10 a person, kids 12 and under are free. There is no additional cost to enter your Jeep into the show. There will be a car crush, prize raffles and trophies for several categories. When you check in at the registration tent at the show, you will be given a sticker with this year Jeep Show logo and a raffle ticket for the prize drawing. Meet Peanut — the elephant balloon everyone loves! 🐘🎈
Join us at the 47th Annual Ravenna Balloon A-Fair, happening September 25–27, 2026 at the Portage County Fairgrounds!

Peanut, our playful elephant‑shaped hot air balloon, will be one of the festival’s most eye‑catching balloons this year. See Peanut and watch dozens of balloons take flight during our scheduled lift‑off windows and enjoy up‑close static displays (weather permitting).

The Ravenna Balloon A-Fair brings together colorful balloon launches, live music, food vendors, a wine & beer garden, tethered balloon rides, helicopter rides, monster truck rides, Jeep and Car shows, inflatables, axe throwing, and family fun — all part of a weekend celebrating 47 years of community spirit and creativity.
