Monica was a huge supporter not only the Special Olympic bowling but all the Special Olympic sports. She has been missed. It is amazing to see the bocce ball complex named in her honor. Thank you Monica for everything you have done for Special Olympics. You will never be forgotten

Meadowood Lanes is saddened to hear of the passing of PBA Hall of Famer and longtime bowling commentator Randy Pedersen.

We had the pleasure of having Randy as the guest pro when Meadowood hosted the SDUSBC Jamboree in 2018. He was a great person to have at the Jamboree, and we’re grateful for the memories and time he shared with our bowling community.

The PBA is deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Randy Pedersen, who was among the most important professional bowling figures of the past 40 years.

Pedersen won 13 PBA Tour titles during his Hall of Fame playing career, then transitioned to television where he became the longest-tenured broadcaster in PBA history.

Our thoughts and condolences are with his family and loved ones.
