Holiday Lights on South Pitch

What an amazing holiday season it was for Holiday Lights on South Pitch. After taking a year off due to surgery and relying on notes to remember how to do all of this crazy wiring, and the crazy Dakoticane just weeks before the big day, it was a trying year. But I definitely received a lot of love from return viewers and new followers alike. I increased my followership by right around 100 new followers this year. Thank you all. And a huge thank you to those of you who show your support from out of town and aren’t able to physically see the show. So, for you all, here are some videos of the majority of my show. I am not a professional videographer, so please be nice... 😀

Also, please check out the xLights Around The World project this year. This project is a yearly video compilation showcasing animated Christmas lighting enthusiasts. Each year, a song is announced and anyone in the world is encouraged to sequence, film, and submit their display. This hear there were 760 participants from 35 different countries. You can see my submission at 11:11 in the upper right hand corner.

Enjoyed looking at Christmas lights around town tonight. There are definitely some very nicely decorated houses in our area. A great way to find your favorites is to install the Tour de Lights app on your phone. Some of my favorite synchronized light shows are Avenue A Light Show, Christmas On Copperfield Light Show, Christmas Lights on Weathervane Lane and Wright Lights on Falcon. Be sure to check them out, and take the time to enjoy all of the twinkling lights that our neighbors in the Black Hills have worked hard to share. Merry Christms all!

The show is back!!! Holiday Lights on South Pitch is back in business and will continue to run thru Jan 4th (barring any more SD hurricanes....) 🤔

I was looking through my sequence and decided I needed more kids songs. So, I added Frosty The Snowman to the regular playlist and I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas to the Remote Falcon options. That makes 19 available songs for this year. Yep, that's overkill... I think I'm compensating for missing last year... 😃 So pack up the kiddos and stop by for some fun Christmas music. And go ahead, make a video to post on my Instagram.
