Hey all!

We have some 2025 Ranier Days t-shirts leftover! All proceeds go to Ranier Days planning. I have a few larges and some mediums left. $20. Or if you want more than one, we could give a discount on quantity! Again, thank YOU ALL who came to the event, bought a raffle ticket or already bought a t-shirt. These things make our event possible. Our small team meets throughout the summer to obtain talent for your entertainment as well as plan for vendors and food trucks! 2026 Ranier Days should be another great year to look forward to!

Another great one from the weekend! Mack Woods created this Northern Pike and had it in the parade! Lots of great videos going around featuring this guy! Absolutely awesome!

Expect a few post Ranier Days posts! So much going on but I want to try to highlight a few of them! Our Ranier parade Grand Marshal this year was picked by our planning committee! Ladd Kocinski! Ladd is a Ranier resident who has served the city for many many years on the Land Use and Zoning Committee! He has also had a lifetime of service as a teacher to many students (including this author!). Truly well deserved and we are SO glad he agreed to accept our invitation to ride in our parade! Thank you so much Ladd!

Vendors are mostly set up!! We have some great tables set up for Ranier Days! Baked goods! Swap meet treasures! Clothing! Jewelry! One vendor even has some gold mining opportunities for the kids! Stop on by!

Ranier Days Community Building happenings on 8/9. A few options to meet and see local talent!

Jennifer Anderson Grandaw will be exhibiting beautiful photography from around the Northland!

We will also have author Jan Jenson who will be selling her book "Unfinished Business". A tale that weaves through many familiar northern Minnesota locations including Voyageurs National Park.

Tom Trondson will also be debuting his book "Sport and Leisure". International Falls gets a spot in his novel!

Naomi Woods will be doing painting outside. Time to be determined!
