Most hosts in Randolph book the venue with the cheapest rate… then the real bill shows up 😬 Here are the 3 fees that turn a “cheap” venue into an expensive one 👇
1️⃣ Furniture: the room comes empty, so tables and chairs cost extra
2️⃣ Clean-up: trash removal, linens, and delivery each get their own line
3️⃣ Overtime: run a little long and it can be billed in 15-minute pieces at a premium
Before you sign, ask for ONE written total for your guest count and your hours that covers it all 🤍 If a venue can’t put that on paper, they aren’t giving you a real price yet.
At Create Your Space, tables, chairs, and a speaker are included, and every add-on has a posted price, so you know your total before you book ✨

Most hosts in Randolph pick a venue off the photos… then find out on the day that the owner takes a week to answer a simple question 😩 Here’s the secret 👇 You can spot a bad venue before you ever see the room. Pay attention to the conversation before you book 🤍 Do you get a straight answer on price, hours, and rules? Do they reply in a day or in a week? Do they sound like they care about your event, or only about the booking? A venue that’s easy to deal with before the contract is usually easy to deal with after it ✨ At Create Your Space, every add-on has a posted price, the rules are explained up front, and you’ll talk directly to me, the owner. Send me your questions and compare 😉

Most hosts in Randolph are still booking a banquet hall built for 150 people for a shower or birthday of 25… and wondering why the room feels empty and the bill feels huge 📉 Here’s the advantage 👇 You don’t need massive. You need the right size, so your party feels full, warm, and personal 🤍 At Create Your Space, you get a cozy room for gatherings up to 40, with tables, chairs, and a speaker included, and every add-on has a posted price. Bring your own food, drinks, and decor, or add setup if you’d rather skip the work ✨ Create Your Space has become the spot in Randolph for women who want their event to feel personal, not rented 🎉 If you’re ready to plan the celebration that finally feels like yours… 👉 follow Keisha Glover|Event Space Owner and see what your next gathering could look like
