Here’s what it looks like at TBM’s most valuable conference event of the year. ✨

The annual conference hosted by the TBM Council in partnership with Apptio is a gathering of IBM finance leaders to share strategies, learn from their peers, and push forward the future of TBM in IT financial management.

The conference both motivates industry members for the coming year while providing a break from their everyday norms. 🙌

The conference event provided many creative event activations:

Whatever the setting, we create an immersive event experience.

Even for attendees seated in the audience of a theater environment, our team opts for dynamic choices. 🎬🌟

Our challenge was designing within the architectural constraints of the Encore Theater at the Wynn Las Vegas while maximizing sightlines for every attendee.

The conference production demanded a flexible stage system capable of supporting keynote presentations, executive conversations, product demonstrations, and entertainment segments all while maintaining seamless transitions.

We chose an automated LED Wall System that dynamically changed screen positions. 🎤

The moving LED surfaces transformed the stage throughout the keynote experience continuously reshaping the visual environment.

We make it so that the immersive event experience moves with you. 🚀

We chose to roll with this corporate event theme.

✨ Design. Transform. Achieve. Explore. Discover. Triumph. Conquer. ✨

From words on the screen to the keynote main points, LEAD THE CHARGE was the theme of this annual summit.

This idea was both that year’s corporate event theme as well as the deep-seated belief regarding its support of open-source technology.

Now known as Adobe Commerce, at the time of this annual summit event, the name was Magento Imagine. 💡

Brite Ideas took charge of their philosophy leading the design process with innovative technology that expanded upon what was normally expected for a conference of this size.

Drawing inspiration from the conference's theme of connection and the global ecommerce ecosystem, we designed a stage environment that reflected the constant evolution and movement of the industry itself. 🌎

We met the client where they were, and took it one step further.

Without a dedicated loading dock, getting our AV gear into the venue required flexibility, quick thinking, and a willingness to pivot when our original plan no longer worked. 🎤 🎥

For the Segerstrom Candlelight Concert, we worked to create a seamless experience from concert to dinner and dancing. 🍽

Our own audio visual team worked alongside Segerstrom’s Technical and Event Planning group as well as supporting the scenic design work of AKJOHNSTON

Brite Ideas designed and delivered the lighting, audio, and rigging systems to support the entire event.

It was a true collaboration between talented teams and the result was an unforgettable evening for every guest! 🤝

When stage design meets the unexpected. 🎭

For the Segerstrom Candlelight Concert, the stage was set for a live performance with a 28-piece orchestra—but the evening had one more surprise in store. 👀

When the night’s headliner, Hugh Jackman offered to join the big reveal, the team had to rethink the moment and bring the transformation to life with live music and perfect timing. 🎶

The result? A dramatic reveal that transformed the stage design from a concert setting into an elegant dinner experience.

We love returning to an event venue that feels like home. 💙

Yearly, we pack up our gear and head to Cal State Fullerton for their commencement ceremonies.

This takes us all the way back to our CEO, Greg Christy’s roots who started his career studying theater arts at Fullerton. 🎭

On top of our yearly return to provide audio visual services for these graduations ceremonies, Greg has also kept the connection alive…

He serves as a Board Member of the College of the Arts Dean Leadership Council contributing annually to scholarships while assisting in fundraising projects.

We love supporting our fellow artists and future tech teams! 🎙
