What an unforgettable week at YAGP Finals!
With over 15,000 dancers participating this year, and only 898 soloists and more than 400 groups/duos/trios advancing to Finals from around the world, we could not be more proud of how our Ballet Conservatory represented IMD on this stage.
Every performance was delivered with artistry, strength, and professionalism, and our dancers truly stood out as a school.
Congratulations to Maymei for representing IMBC as a soloist and making us so proud. And to Maymei and Eleanor — Top 12 once again, an incredible accomplishment.
Stourm placing Top 24 is something to celebrate, and Skaters was performed so beautifully and magnificently all week long.
One of the greatest highlights of the week was witnessing the Gala performances — a reminder of the inspiration, excellence, and artistry that fuels this community. We hope our dancers carry that inspiration with them as they head back into the studio.
A heartfelt thank you to our extraordinary parent team. Your endless support, organization, care, travel coordination, studio bookings, snacks, coffee runs, and constant encouragement made this experience possible. We are endlessly grateful for you.
To our incredible artistic team:
Michelle — thank you for the love, dedication, and passion you pour into the Ballet Conservatory every single day.
Andrew — you were deeply missed, but your presence was carried with us through Stourm, and we know you would have been incredibly proud.
Astrid — thank you for continuing to share your vision and artistry with our dancers. Your work has become such an important part of our conservatory.
And finally, thank you to Ms. Robyn for your direction, leadership, and unwavering commitment to these dancers and this program. Your vision continues to inspire excellence and create opportunities that our dancers will carry with them forever.
So proud of our IMBC family 🤍
