🌙 5 Things You Can Do Before Bed to Further Progress Towards Your Goals.

1️⃣ Reflect and Journal: Take a moment to reflect on your day's achievements, challenges, and lessons learned. Grab a journal and jot down your thoughts, emotions, and any ideas that come to mind. This practice not only helps you unwind but also allows you to gain valuable insights and track your progress over time.

2️⃣ Set Tomorrow's Priorities: Before you drift off into slumber, set yourself up for success by outlining your priorities for the following day. Identify the key tasks that will move you closer to your goals and establish a clear plan of action. This way, you'll wake up with purpose and a roadmap to guide you towards accomplishment.

3️⃣ Disconnect: Before bed, unplug from screens and digital devices. Engage in analog activities like reading a physical book, solving puzzles, pursuing a creative hobby, or taking a gentle walk. Disconnecting promotes relaxation, better sleep, and a healthier relationship with technology. Prioritize self-care and create space for reflection and rejuvenation.

4️⃣ Engage in Relaxation Techniques: A calm and rested mind is essential for making progress towards your goals. Before bed, indulge in relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, or gentle stretching. These activities promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance the quality of your sleep, allowing you to wake up refreshed and ready to tackle your dreams.

5️⃣ Read Inspirational Material: Engage your mind with inspiring literature, whether it's a motivational book, a biography of someone who is a good influence, or an educational article related to your craft. Reading before bed not only expands your knowledge but also ignites your creativity and keeps you focused on your goals.

Remember, your journey towards your goals is not confined to the hours of daylight alone. Utilize the quiet hours before bed to further your progress, set intentions, and nurture your mind and spirit. Make every bedtime count, and watch as your dreams manifest into reality.

Dear Families,

Warm greetings to you all! I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you with an important update regarding the future of our beloved dance studio.

Firstly, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and trust in our mission to provide exceptional dance education while fostering growth and creativity in our students. Your commitment and dedication to your child's artistic journey have been the driving force behind the success of In Movement Dance.

Today, I bring exciting news that fills me with great enthusiasm. After an extensive search, we have found a new location that we believe will be the perfect home for In Movement Dance. Our new address will be:

31375 Date Palm Drive
Cathedral City, CA 92234

It is with utmost excitement that I share this development with you and invite you to join us in securing this significant milestone for our dance studio. There is only one thing that is concerning, and that is that the rent at every location we found for our program is more than triple what we’ve been used to paying in rent. Prices have skyrocketed in today economy over all and we are determined to keep our rates affordable for you all, and to continue providing support for those who need it. I will not give up.

Because the rent is so much higher than we've ever had before, we have started a long term fundraising campaign to help cover the necessary expenses associated with the move through

Patreon.com/inmovementdance

You can easily support us by sharing this website with anyone who you believe would help support, this is a crowdfunding campaign to raise monthly donations that start as little as $5. Even contributions at the lowest tier per month make a meaningful impact. As a Patreon subscribers gain exclusive access to content we only share with our supporters, including online instructions for beginners to take at home and to xtra learning tools for your students and families.

In addition to financial contributions, there are other ways you can help:

1. Share our Patreon account: Spread the word about our crowdfunding campaign within your social circles. Encourage your friends, family, and colleagues to support our studio by becoming monthly subscribers on Patreon.

2. Spread the exciting news: Share the news about our new location on your social media platforms. Your word-of-mouth endorsement and positive reviews on Google and Yelp will greatly contribute to our continued growth and success.

3. Actively participate: Volunteer your time and skills to assist with the move and the setup of our new location. We will be organizing volunteer days, and your involvement will make a significant difference.

4. Utilizing the network of people we have in our program to spread the word about all of the options that we are providing for donations, including direct donations, nonprofit tax deductible, donations, monthly, Patreon subscription, and a “round up for dance” program we are offering business.

As we are actively engaged in fundraising efforts, exploring partnerships with local businesses, and applying for grants to secure the necessary resources, I will keep you informed about our progress and any further developments regarding the move to our new location. Our goal is to be fully operational in our new space before June 12th, in time for our summer camp from June 12th - 24th.

This move is happening quickly because we were just given notice yesterday that the Ariel program needs to utilize the space that we currently rent because they do not have AC in the second space that they have been using all winter… Time is of the essence so we ask that you do not hesitate in your efforts to support 🥹🙏

Thank you once again for your unwavering support, dedication, and trust in our studio. We are truly privileged to have such a remarkable community of parents and students. If you have any questions, ideas, or would like to discuss this transition further, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Together, we can ensure that In Movement Dance thrives in its new home, providing an exceptional dance education experience for our children.

Warm regards,

Anthony Vega
