Pullen Arts Center is excited to announce that it will be a site for The Community Journaling Project!

The Community Journaling Project is an ongoing, interactive bookmaking initiative that shows that art is for everyone. The project is led by artist Jennifer Sandry of ink_and_axe.

We are accepting donation supplies for those affected by Hurricane Helene in Western NC at the Fall Arts Fair tomorrow!

❤️ Let's support Western North Carolina Together!

In an effort to support the Western NC communities affected by , we will be accepting supplies to donate this weekend (Oct. 5) at the Fall Arts Fair.

Supplies include water, powder hydration packs, non-perishable food, diapers, baby wipes, bug spray/sunscreen, socks, baby formula, toiletries and sanitation, cleaning supplies, trash bags, tarps, pet food, and plastic utensils.

In addition, we have compiled disaster relief resources for artists and arts organizations.

Come and join the Pullen Arts Center team as our newest pottery studio coordinator!

This position is one of two Pottery Studio Coordinator positions. In coordination with the Pottery Studio Manager, the coordinator will set the tone for the open studio program.

The coordinator will also:

👉 ensure smooth operations in the studio
👉 be responsible for the safety of patrons and equipment
