Loved collaborating with the legendary on this super fun loop.

A little BTS…I’ve often said that great motion designers have an inherent sense of rhythm and timing, perhaps when they don’t even realize it. This is a perfect example of that. I started this track/loop by timing the drums to specific hits in the motion and then building the rest of the instruments around that. Swipe to see the drums only version.

Loved this recent piece I worked on with the folks at for Red Hat and IBM. Leaning into some heavy marching percussion beats, the trusty and my , my goal was to create a soundtrack that conveyed a lot of energy and excitement but also helped tell the story of the challenges businesses face and the solutions that Red Hat is known for providing.

Another little bit from the series with - this one is “Break Habits” - so that’s exactly what I did. I tend to keep things on the grid, and start with electronic instruments. In this one I used my saxophone and nothing else. Then processed the sound electronically to make it a bit less recognizable. Lots of fun flexing the creative brain muscles on these!

Hi friends! How about a to this AMAZING piece by .sun__ - This was admittedly one of the more challenging personal projects I’ve ever worked on, but I feel like I learned so much from digging into such a beautiful and dense animation. Loads of moog, eurorsck blips, and omnisphere sizzles (duh).

to this super cool animation I worked on with the wonderful team at for the 6th Season of Red Hat’s Flagship Podcast, Command Line Heroes.

The idea was to pay homage to the superhero show intros that we all know and love. After all, our IT experts are often the unsung superheroes that keep the economy moving! Especially these days. I had some serious nostalgia when writing this high energy, synth/brass driven banger for this animated teaser! Enjoy!

The flute textures at the beginning are Mellotron flute samples being processed and mangled by - Such a perfect piece of gear for creating electroacoustic soundscapes! Also helped to creatively satisfy my addiction to Mellotron flute. 🤣
