Before you book a venue, ask to see their required or preferred vendor list — and ask what those vendors typically charge.

A venue fee is only one part of the total investment. Required catering, bar minimums, exclusive vendors and service minimums can change the overall cost significantly.

At Baucom House, we believe luxury can still come with flexibility. We offer trusted vendor recommendations, but couples have more freedom to build a vendor team that fits their vision. We also offer flexibility with the bar, including no required bar minimum.
