All fees are due before or upon our arrival. It is the host’s responsibility to collect all fees from his or her guests prior to the scheduled event. One payment either made by cash or a single credit/debit card will be accepted prior to, or time of scheduled event prior to beginning session. It is suggested to collect the fee from each guest prior to your event date to ensure no last minute cancellations. IF your party falls under the minimum (8 people) guest requirement, there will be an additional charge of $25.00
**Host supplies ALL tables and chairs for set up. I supply all art related tools and instruct the session. PAYMENTS/POLICIES:
Private Parties:
*A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Your deposit WILL go towards your party total. Your deposit CAN be transferred to another date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation or date change must be done with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice from your party date. Public events/Taverns:
A $50 deposit is required and a minimum of 10 persons must be registered 10 days prior to scheduled event. Organizer who collects payments must record payees name and notify The Wandering Artist llc of all registered attendees at least 24 hours prior to scheduled event. This helps ensure registered artists placement in the class. Payment is accepted time of event but placement is not guaranteed due to space. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN A SIGNATURE OF SERVICE AT TIME OF EVENT
*Your deposit can be made by check (written out to: Christina Chiarizzio) & will be returned to you when payment is collected at event. Face Painting: $75 for one hour (I can do faces in an hour). If your party runs over (large # of children, late arrivals or without fault of my own), there will be an additional $25 charge rounded to the nearest 1/2 hour. (example 1 hour 20 minutes total is $100). Children’s paint parties: $120 for up to 8 children, $15 each additional child. Credit/debit card & Paypal payments:
