Backwoods Music Studio provides GUITAR, BASS, UKULELE, & VOICE musical instruction for beginning, intermediate, and advanced students ages 7 and older. Students are encouraged to find the music and styles they’d like to explore, and the lessons are adapted to apply foundation techniques to their real world playing opportunities. Most of our students request learning to play what we call 'practical playing', heavy on base fundamentals and early technique with the goal of playing for fun. The concentration here is not on formal classical style, and this represents about 75% of the players out there.
