We believe everyone should have the chance to get fit and feel sexy in an encouraging and supportive environment. We feature a variety of classes designed to get you fit and help you reach your goals. No experience is needed...we will make sure you see results and reach your potential. Our classes are designed to help you improve quickly and safely. Progressive pole training will help you build a

strong foundation and prepare you for more advanced moves. We also offer conditioning classes, fly gym, yoga, flexibility training, and “dance only” classes. All of these classes are great compliments to your pole practice and will help facilitate your progress. Platinum Stages poles (all with optional spin mode).
