Energy Kidz An athletics and arts facility for ages 1-18!
📍Raleigh, NC

eNeRGy Kidz is a fun and safe place where children can develop through personalized and quality instruction. We want to see all of our students grow mentally and physically through organized, structured and objective programs. We are a family owned and operated business that was started in 1986 by the Davis Family, as North Raleigh Gymnastics. The business has since added dance, performing arts, cheerleading, martial arts, ninja warriors and trampoline & tumbling with our 10,000 square foot expansion to the building in 2011, which prompted the new name of eNeRGy Kidz. eNeRGy Kidz is owned by Don Davis and is managed and co-owned by Scott & Rachel Davis.

✨ Strong girls. Brave hearts. Endless possibilities. 💜

Growth happens when you keep showing up, even when it’s hard. Every challenge, every correction, and every little victory is building something bigger than gymnastics. Keep believing in yourself, keep putting in the work, and never forget how capable you are! 💎🤸‍♀️

Good luck to our USAG Girl’s team athletes who are competing this weekend! ✨

✨slow down, you’re doing fine✨

Just a little reminder that your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. Celebrate the little wins, embrace how far you’ve come, and remember that every step forward matters.

Keep growing, keep trying, and be proud of the person YOU are becoming! 💖
