SLAYA JADE
Charlotte-bred producer / DJ since 2015 - Slaya’s sound is built on relentless energy: heavy-hitting dubstep, raw riddim, visceral wubs, and striking melodic breakdowns. With an unmistakable sonic footprint and captivating stage presence, she has carved out a permanent, boundary-pushing footprint as a dominant force in the Southeast EDM scene.
Before locking into heavy bass, Slaya spent six years under the moniker ‘Claya Jade’, mastering open-format mixing, track selection, and crowd mechanics across high-volume nightclub residencies like SIP Charlotte and Social Columbia. Her floor-tested experience laid the groundwork for a new transformation. Since shifting focus exclusively to bass music, Slaya has held down long term residencies with Rebel Nightclub in Charlotte, Station Underground East, and headlined 34 regional shows across Charlotte, Atlanta, Charleston, Wilmington, Greenville, and Columbia.
Her performance resume includes direct support for heavyweights including Boogie T, Jessica Audiffred, Zingara, Luci, HE$H, Deucez, Sanzu, Riot Ten, VKTM, Buku, Subdocta, Wreckno, Drinkurwater, SoDown, and OG Nixin, alongside Unicorns x Pirates, FREAKFEST, Skinful Halloween, Another World, Bass on the Nile, and Neon Festival.
Her 2025 original ‘Hitlist’ marked the start of a sharper, more organic creative arc - a turn back toward her instrumental roots. Currently mastering classical cello, Slaya is building a production pipeline and sampled identity from scratch. Driven by a decade of deep roots, core mentors, dedicated fans and ‘Slaymates,’ her evolution is only beginning.
