Find us at Painted Tree Raleigh! Florellie does not have a store front but we do have a physical studio location. The studio location is used for product pick up or consultations. We primarily operate through our website but we do participate in various vendor events throughout North Carolina. Our main location is in Raleigh NC but we do travel within a 50 mile radius for product pick up. Shipping

within the USA is included in all our prices. We do not offer express shipping and we aim to ship within 3 to 5 days of purchase. We currently do not ship outside of the USA but we can for an additional fee. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges and we DO NOT offer refunds. A refund may be issues if you cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please understand that a refund will not be issues after this time period. If you item arrives damaged or is lost in transit Florellie is NOT responsible. After we have packaged your product and shipped out, it is not longer our responsibility.
