The two amps at the foundation of AXIS:

PANTHER - Bad Cat’s venture into a 6V6 American voice with selectable EF86 or 12AX7 preamps. Imagine an old Deluxe with added flexibility to shape the mid range. It blends Bad Cat’s signature clarity and chime with rounded bottom low ends and either forward mids or smoothed out mids depending on which channel you use.

BLACK CAT 30 MOD SHOP:

One of the final designs of the legendary Mark Sampson. Mark, who designed the original Black Cat (based off the Matchless DC30 that he also designed), took the modern player series Black Cat, gave it more horsepower and changed the tone stack back to a vintage spec tone stack. Tonally, the Black Cat 30 Mod Shop offers wonderfully harmonic cleans and EOB sounds while remaining throughly dynamic. It is extremely sensitive to your touch and allows you to have total control over your tone even while you’re playing.

Get BOTH of these complete packs included when you get AXIS, the Alex Williams signature preset for Quad Cortex.

BIG AMPS = BIG TONE

Out now for Quad Cortex, ToneX, Kemper, and Helix Stadium Proxy: THE DIRTY WONDERLAND.

The DWONDER pack goes well beyond your average D-style amp. Experience it today in your modeler and find out why this amp is one of the most iconic and coveted boutique amps on the market.

🚨OUT NOW🚨

The DWONDER pack is our offering of the coveted Dirty Wonderland from Amplified Nation and you can get it now for Quad Cortex V2, ToneX V2, Kemper 2.0, and Line 6 Helix Stadium Proxy.

The DWONDER goes far beyond your assumptions of typical D-style amplifiers. It’s actually more of a Blackface style amp, think Bandmaster/Bassman territory, rather than a Dumble. It has all the high headroom and fidelity that you would expect from this type of amp but with classic style crunch that is more aggressive rather than a smoother D-style tone.

This pack works extremely well as an effects platform because of its high fidelity but also holds its own with no effects making it great for funky s***k or country punch. When used on the mellow side, it is fantastic for sultry blues or even jazz. If you’re looking for big bottom end, smooth mids, and clear presence, this is the amp pack for you!
