Next weekend I’m hosting a very special group!! I’m so excited to welcome Erica T Gumieny into the studio to honor this month’s theme Worthy!! A group of women coming together to celebrate what needs to fall away and what is worth carrying forward. I highly recommend Erica’s book “Journey from the Ashes” finding spirit through faith based meditation and learning with monthly themes and daily inspiration.

For me this month couldn’t be more suited to host, as worth has been an on going journey for me to reclaim and find the space to thrive from. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🪶🪶
