Week 1 and we have TWO new classes launching today!
Join us from 5-6:30 for our Aerial Conditioning class. This class will provide you with personal workouts that are meant to bring you farther in your aerial journey; be it lyra, pole, silks, sling, straps, or more! If you are feeling like you could use an extra boost in your aerial skills conditioning is the number 1 thing you can do to push you further ahead! Come on out and get your sweat on.
Stay for Aerial/ floor yoga from 630-8pm. This class is a hybrid class. Meaning part of the yoga flow will be based in traditional floor yoga, while also blending in elements of aerial yoga. Our version of yoga will help you boost your flexibility, strength, stability, and zen all at the same time. Great for those who have never done yoga or seasoned pros. Come on out and give it a try!
Rounding out the night from 8pm-930pm we have Beginner pole with KOKO. This class is great for all pole enthusiasts and will focus on walks, spins, conditioning, floor work, and more!
