Sundays at 8-9:30 is Happi's personalized workout session. Feels like a personal trainer to your body, but not your wallet!

9:30-11:00 Join Happi for Choreography 101. Here you will learn how to put together a dance, chair, floor, aerial, or pole routine. Looking to perform with us in the future? This is a great class to help you develop acts you can take on the road, or to your own back yard!

11-noon is Kid's circus too! Join Koko and various Guest instructors to get your kids up and moving on a Sunday afternoon. This class includes a variety of skills such as: Aerial arts, acro, Dance, Juggling, Plate spinning, and so much more!

Did you know the most valuable action you can take in your aerial/ pole journey is outside conditioning? Adding just one extra day of focused training on the muscle groups needed for your apparatus can improve learning speed ten fold.

At Studio OXO we understand the importance of preparing your body and mind for whatever comes at you. Thursdays are for development.

On Wednesday's we whoosah... especially on rainy days, but the rain wont stop us for having a good time. Well unless it turns into a dangerous storm. Our classes tonight a great for any and all levels, and modification are provided if needed. So there is no way you can say I can't (insert words here) because at studio OXO we dont believe in can't because we believe you can and will in time.

It’s Fri-yay everyone and it’s week 3 here at Studio oXo!!!! Which means it’s still bring a friend week!!! Bring a friend, sibling, parent, cousin, whoever in to try something new at a studio that teaches proper and safe dance technique, and teaches dance as a dance class!!!

Whirlwind Wednesday! We made it have way through the week. This may be the start of summer for some and a normal Wednesday for others but what hasn't changed is the awesome class lineup.
We got ballet that is a true beginner class all levels are welcome.
Then we got lyra... which I have determined is ballet in a hoop.
