🎪HULA HOOP FLOW WORKSHOP w/ Alli 💃🏻 Milwaukee Hula Hoop and Zumba Teacher 🎪

•SATURDAY JULY 18th @ 1PM

💫This class is designed to help you learn hula hoop dance skills while connecting with your body through movement. We will focus on playful exploration rather than perfection. In this style of hula hooping, we hold the hula hoop in our hands, rather than hooping around the waist. A short sequence will be taught, with many options for adding in your own play and style. We will flow to different styles of music to learn how our sequence may change with different genres and tempos.💫

Hoops provided, but feel free to bring your own!

🦋KID’S AERIAL SLING WORKSHOP🦋

~Lexi has been practicing aerial arts for 5 years. Aerial Arts has become a form of therapy for her, but has also given her an outlet to express herself, PLAY, have fun, establish a healthy relationship with her body, engage in exercise, and meet a wonderful community of people. Aerial Arts has changed her life significantly. Lexi is all about helping students thrive while continuing to grow in her own practice. It’s been a game-changer personally and now she gets to help others experience that too! 

She will be hosting a beginner sling workshop that focuses on basic aerial sling tricks that build the foundation for dancing through the air on a sling. No experience needed. At the end of the class, students will have an opportunity to create a mini “routine” with the tricks learned! ~
