Hard to believe it's been five years since I closed Paul's Video Arcade. A huge thank you to everyone who supported my business back then! It was an amazing decade of my life!

If anyone's been wondering how I've been, I'm working on a route for an amusement company in Milwaukee. I go around to dozens of locations and work on their arcade machines throughout the week, so it's a pretty familiar career for me!

I'm married now, and my wife and I bought a house in Cudahy where we live with Sir Floppity von Wigglebottom II, our adorable rabbit.

I've also written a book! It's a comedy adventure story set in a video game-like world of swords and sorcery. I'm not quitting my day job, but I hope people will check it out. Parts 1-3 are available digitally, or you can purchase all three parts in one volume digitally or physically:

Well, this is it folks! The final day for Paul's Video Arcade at Regency Mall!

It's been an incredible ride these past 10+ years, and I couldn't have made it this far without all of you! Thank you so much for enjoying my games and supporting my business!

I hope you can stop in at some point today for one last game. They're all only one token per play today!

With the closing of Paul's Video Arcade in Regency Mall fast approaching, I am pleased to announce a partnership with Racine Urban Market's new Battlefield Laser Tag Fun Zone at 1325 16th St. in Racine!

Nearly all of the games you've come to know and love will be relocated to a game room within the Market's building! Games will be available for play as early as Sunday, November 2nd!

Enjoy intense, competitive laser tag and amazing arcade games, all under one roof!

Arcade games will only accept quarters at the new location, and Paul's Video Arcade tickets will not be accepted for prizes, so make sure to spend your arcade tokens and tickets at Regency Mall before the arcade closes there on Friday, October 31st!

As the final days for my arcade in Racine count down, I'd like to thank all of my employees over the years:

I need to move my video arcade business from Racine, Wisconsin to Milwaukee, and need funds for new machines, remodeling, and rent.

Sadly, I must announce that Paul's Video Arcade will be closing down after the month of October this year. Friday, October 31st will be our last day.

It's been a fun decade of games, parties and events, but all things must come to an end.

I'd like to offer my heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make my business a success here at Regency Mall, from my loyal customers to mall staff to my friends and family. Thank you all so much!

Moving forward, I am exploring the possibility of moving my arcade machines into businesses around Racine and splitting the revenue with the business owners, so if you know any businesses that would like an arcade machine or three for their customers to enjoy, feel free to put them in touch with me.

I am also looking into acquiring funding through Kickstarter for a new location in Milwaukee, where I must relocate to for personal reasons. I will post more details on the Kickstarter campaign when and if they approve my project.

Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart! I hope your memories of my arcade are as fond as my own. Feel free to stop in before the end of October and make a few more!

Starting Monday, September 1st, we will begin opening at 2:00pm on weekdays for the school year. We will still open at 10:00am on Saturdays and 11:00am on Sundays.

Some games are headed up to Madison for Geek Kon this weekend: Dance Dance Revolution SuperNOVA 2, Mario Kart, DJ MAX Technica 3, House of the Dead 4, Killer Instinct, Tekken 6, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will all be back in the store on Monday.
